3. API Keys
- You must keep your API key secret and secure. Do not share it publicly.
- One key per user unless explicitly approved. Keys may be rotated or revoked at any time.
- Lost or leaked keys should be deleted and regenerated immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
- No automated abuse, scraping beyond documented endpoints, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- No interference with the Service’s stability, security, or other users.
- No unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing, or offensive use.
5. Rate Limits & Quotas
Default quotas (e.g., daily request limits) and dynamic rate limits apply. We may change limits at any time. Repeated violations may trigger cooldowns, extended limits reductions, or termination.
6. Uploads & Prohibited Content
All uploads are reviewed before approval. Prohibited content includes identifiable faces and NSFW material. Content that violates rules will be rejected or removed and may lead to account restrictions.
7. Ownership & License
You retain rights to content you submit where you have such rights. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver content for the purpose of operating the Service.
8. Privacy

9. Availability & Changes
The Service is provided on a best‑effort basis and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We may modify these terms with notice by posting an updated version here.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, security risks, or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
